Post Name Eligibility Criteria
Nursing Officer Candidates must have a B.Sc Nursing or Post B.Sc Nursing degree with registration in the Nursing Council. OR you can have a GNM Diploma with Nursing Council registration and at least 2 years of work experience.
Hospital Attendant Gr-II Candidates must have passed the Class 10th (Matric) examination from a recognized board.
Stenographer Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream. They should have stenography skills with a speed of 80 words per minute in either Hindi or English, along with typing speed of 25 WPM in Hindi or 30 WPM in English on a computer.
Senior Administrative Assistant Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of noting and drafting. They should have a typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi, along with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
OT Assistant (Backlog) Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc) in Anesthesia and Operation Theater Technologist or OT Technology from a recognized institution.
Junior Accounts Officer JAO Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with at least 55% marks and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Technical Officer (CWS Biomedical) Candidates must have an Engineering degree in Electronics, Glass Technology, or Mechanical Engineering. Alternatively, a Diploma or Certificate in Radio/Television Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Glass Technology, or Mechanical Engineering is also accepted, provided the candidate has at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Nuclear Medicine Technologist Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc) with Life Sciences, along with a 1-year Diploma in Medical Radiation and Isotope Techniques (DMRIT).
Store Keeper Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree along with a Diploma in Material Management and basic knowledge of computers.
Medical Social Service Officer GrII Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Social Work along with relevant work experience.
CSSD Assistant Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) with Science and hold a Diploma in CSSD (Central Sterile Services Department), along with 3 years of relevant work experience.
Draftsman Candidates must have passed Class 10th and hold a Diploma or Certificate in Civil Draftsmanship, along with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Technical Officer (CWS Biomedical) Candidates must have an Engineering degree in Electronics, Glass Technology, or Mechanical Engineering. Alternatively, those with a Diploma or Certificate in Radio/Television Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Glass Technology, or Mechanical Engineering are also eligible, provided they have at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Visit the official website of Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS).  Go to the Recruitment / Admit Card section on the homepage.  Click on the “SGPGI Nursing Officer & Non-Teaching Post Admit Card 2026” link.  Enter your Registration Number/Application Number, Password/Date of Birth, and the Security Code.  Click on the Login / Submit button.  Your Admit Card will appear on the screen.  Verify all details, including your name, roll number, exam date, shift, and exam centre.  Download the Admit Card PDF and take a clear printout.  Carry the printed admit card along with a valid photo ID proof to the examination centre.
