| Scientist / Engineer (Various Disciplines) | Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech./M.Sc. (Engineering) degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 65% marks. |
| Technical Assistant | Candidates must have a First Class Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline. |
| Scientific Assistant | Candidates must have a First Class B.Sc. degree in Chemistry, Computer Science, or a related subject. |
