Bihar BCECE Sr. Resident/ Tutor 118 For Senior Resident/Tutor posts, 40% of positions will be filled by Bihar State Health Service cadre members, 40% by doctors who completed their postgraduate degree under the residency scheme from medical colleges within the state, and the remaining 20% by doctors with a postgraduate degree from recognized institutions outside Bihar. The minimum qualification is a Master’s degree in the relevant subject, but in case of shortage of candidates, a diploma may be accepted.
