| Ex-Serviceman Certificate (If Applicable) | Candidates must possess a valid Discharge Book or Service Certificate, in which the length of service is clearly mentioned. |
| Bank Account Details | Candidates must provide the account holder’s name, account number, and IFSC code, which are required for fee refund or future payments. |
| Domicile / Address Proof (If Asked) | Candidates may need to provide a state domicile certificate along with their permanent and correspondence address details, if required. |
