The Rajasthan Government has started the Rajasthan RTE Admission 2026-27 process under the Right to Education (RTE) Act, 2009. Under this scheme, 25% seats in recognized private schools are reserved for children belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Disadvantaged Group (DG). Eligible parents can submit the online application through the official RTE Rajasthan portal.

The complete admission process includes online registration, school selection, computerized lottery, document verification, and final admission. Selected students will receive free education in participating private schools as per the provisions of the RTE Act.

Applicants should carefully read the eligibility conditions, age criteria, required documents, important dates, and lottery process before submitting the application form.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must belong to any one of the following categories.

Weaker Section (EWS)

  • Annual family income should not exceed ₹2.5 Lakh.

Disadvantaged Group (DG)

Children belonging to the following categories are eligible:

  • Scheduled Caste (SC)
  • Scheduled Tribe (ST)
  • Orphan Child
  • BPL Family
  • Child with Disability
  • HIV/AIDS Affected Child
  • Cancer Affected Child
  • War Widow Children
  • Eligible OBC Categories as notified by the Government
